We routinely inspect products for conformity to design specifications throughout the manufacturing process. To do so, we have designed and manufactured a number of unique PC-based test stations.
SPC methodologies are utilized in the coil winding and assembly areas. We use proprietary SPC methods to control resistance for coil winding consistency. For machined parts, SPC data is collected on critical dimensional parameters. And our proprietary in-house test equipment provides SPC documentation on final assembly units.
